Header tag not working in IE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Entered a text in editor, selected and clicked H1, or H2 or ... no
effect was seen
2. Tested in other browsers ... works fine ...
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clicking on any of the headers icons should have applied the corresponding
tags to the selected text in editor... but does not work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.6 and jquery version 1.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.
