The Drupal community is waiting for a 0.5 release of jWysiwyg, since
http://drupal.org/project/wysiwyg requires issue 52 (already fixed) to be
present.

+1 -- Jwysiwyg is an elegant rich-text editor solution for Drupal since it 
already
integrates jQuery in core.  The only thing missing to make this editor 
available to
the general public is an official (non-CVS) release of the bugfixed version.
