Update to work on jQuery 1.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just using it with jQuery 1.3
2. Specially for IE which stops script execution
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Showing the editor. Not showing the editor and any other javascript working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4, Windows XP, speccially in IE

Please provide any additional information below.
It's due to $.browser deprecation on jQuery 1.3

I cannot reproduce that using latest trunk (rev. 33) and my patch.
