RTL button

There is no RTL and LTR button in jwysiwyg. This is very important to use
jwysiwg in Arabic and right to left languages websites.

i tried to do so too much, but i failed.
i don't know the cause, but i can't understand the reason behind that.
if anybody has an idea about how to do so, please post it.

in fact, i think i got a way to do the RTL in jwysiwyg.
you check the attached version, the buttons still don't have an image, but they 
work
