IE7: Click remove formatting twice, it disappears. #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type something in the RTE in IE7
2. Click remove formatting
3. Click remove formatting again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The same text is expected. Instead, the remove formatting button disappears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE7, Windows XP

I cannot reproduce this on code from trunk.
