Can you please share a docker image, also will this work for the liver tumour CT scan images?

Apologies for the delay in my response. I want to express my sincere appreciation for your interest in our work. I have uploaded a Dockerfile and I hope it fulfills your requirements. Regarding the liver tumor CT scan images, could you please clarify if you are referring to segmentation or 3D images? The current codebase is unable to support them, but it is capable of handling 2D images.

By the way, I would like to express my gratitude for your suggestion to share our model with monai. We are actively planning to upload our model to HuggingFace as well."
