Minecraft 1.7.9 universal player IDs #777

With the release of 1.7.9, players can change their usernames (god damnit mojang). The plugin should use the new ID system in place of usernames.

Places where War stores usernames include:

This is not a crucial issue with the upgrade. I personally believe it is the player's fault if they change usernames that they should expect to lose all their data. It could be an issue if a zonemaker changes their name and another player claims it and causes damage. Again I believe this is the fault of the zonemaker.
