Documentation vs Metadata

This repository project mostly has:

• GitHub configuration files
• Global Group Rules
• Misc. Organizational Metadata
• Discord, Facebook, etc. Rules

As an official organization, I propose we should at least partially follow the OpenGovernment model. In my opinion, it would be great if we could be a model social media based tech group, and this organizational repository could be used for other tech bloggers, tech streamers, etc. as a framework for their group, content etc.. and provide model rules to use on their platforms.

Lastly whatever we create should be:

• easily deploy-able
• easily to implement/integrate
• easily manageable and not cumbersome
• editable as open source
• follows the contributor covenant
• acceptable by all
• include enforcable rules
• not confusing
• does not include contradictory rules

I added a docs project solely for the official documents.

Which of the current files & documents belong in which project?

They all need some review.

Lastly a small documentation team needs created to handle this. Let us know if you or someone you know would like to be involved with this.

OpenGovernment is a bit overly complex for a small organization like ours.

It might be even better we use Open Organization here as a model for ours.. with some of the organizational model FOSS/OSS/FSF tossed in.
