fix Admin dashboard (admin.html) #25

Here is the last known render of admin.html

This needs to be changed to php and add the includes to header.php and footer.php

The mess in the Admin panel needs to be cleaned up.

This admin needs to be made into a page with a tabbed UI or working breadcrumbs.

This should not be accessible if you are not a moderator or an admin.

There should be a tab or breadcrumb panel in the admin panel where the admin can create blog or other posts.

Another to ban, edit, moderate, create user, etc.
