This commit adds back the original Fonts folder and the original header.php. I managed to find the correct header.php file. This still needs some extensive PHP debugging.
Using the tools inside VSCode extensions.. Line #106 of the current index.php shows this error if you hover over the word "header"

Running the PHP server extension with the blue triangle in VSCode using the index.php file, once the server opens the browser check the browse console (at least in Firefox) says that openNav() is not defined. But the rest of the header is not loaded. It only shows the hamburger.
