Converting non N-Triples data to N-Triples #2

We need to have MapReduce code to convert RDF data to N-Triples
serialization format if it is not already in that format. We have to write
our own InputFormatter for this purpose.

The code has been done and committed. RDF data can be converted from any
serialization format to any other.
