the hud window corners are not rounded in Windows #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. creating a simple swing application with a hud window
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a well rounded corners but instead i got right angles

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
macwidgets version 0.9.3.1 in windows XP with JDK6u10

Please provide any additional information below.

I've added the ability for HUDs to be transparent across platforms. When on 
platforms other than the Mac, 
transparency will only work if you are running with JRE 6 update 10 or higher.
