Added a common AssemblyVersionInfo.cs file to store version across all of the projects
Used reflection to retrieve version string

If you'll have time for some issue fixing can you have a look at this one - https://github.com/tapahob/BG2RadarOverlay/issues/26 ?

Basically if you start overlay -> start the game, close the game -> start it again - the process gets detected but right-clicking stops working.

Can't have a look at it anytime soon
