Twitter link (to share) broken on the main page (README.md) #156

In README.md, the twitter link for sharing (https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Open Source Programs:&url=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2Ftapaswenipathak%2FOpen-Source-Programs) seems broken. Although the push button for Open-Source-Programs works fine, the link should be formatted properly, or it should be removed because anyways the push button is taking us to the twitter site to share it. Comment below if you've anything to add on! Thanks!
