[Suggestion] Add a new section that covers coding programs/bootcamps specific to Women #32

There are several women-specific coding bootcamps/ mentorship programs, such as:

1 million women to tech
Learn IT girl
TalentSprint WIE, etc.

Adding them to the repo in a separate section would be quite helpful to everyone.
