Auto publish #146

With autopublish enabled (either via --auto-publish flag or configuration setting) if a file has a date set in the past but is still set as a draft, Tapestry will remove its draft status and publish the file.

This is useful for scheduling posts.

It looks as though line 112 in LoadSourceFiles does this...
