Browser won't autorefresh

Issue description

Have tried for a few days now and neither Chrome nor Firefox will auto reload. I have to manually refresh them.

Software details

• Command line used for launching live-server:
• OS: WIndows 10
• Browser (if browser related): Chrome, Firefox
• Node.js version: Have tried current and the one before that
• live-server version: Latest (Installed via cmd vscode.)

I had to install Lavasoft Ad-aware. live-server works fine with Avast though...
