@lubo93 @glwagner It seems we were having some conceptual issues with the how the cycle contacts would work with the full epidemic simulator with DA.
I feel this feature is actually unnecessary as it does not work with the changing contact network such as the HealthService and thus should be removed rather than accommodated.
Greg's new simulator means that setting the contact durations is going to be very fast, and not the bottleneck in the system so the cycling provides no benefit.
