BX9021 onreadystatechange

对于 SCRIPT 标签，IE 和 Opera 有 ‘onreadystate’ 
事件，在装载结束后，readyState 分别为 ‘complete’ 和 
‘loaded’，其他浏览器无 onreadystate 事件，但除 IE 外都支持 
‘onload’ 
事件。如果给以上两个事件同时绑定一个可以兼容各浏览器��
�函数，将出现误报。

测试用例：

（待讨论）对于 IFRAME、IMG 等元素，如果把 ‘onreadystate’ 和 
‘onload’ 都以 attribute 
的形式写入并在脚本中做处理，虽然脚本能正常运行，但也��
�报错。

测试结果一直不够20 URL，说明问题很少见，将其终结。
