Docker-Compose v2 Not Supported

Problem

A Docker host, using Docker Compose v2, creating a fresh tapis-project/authenticator, will have an error regarding docker container authenticator_postgres_1 no found.

Solutions

• destructive #64 (reverted by 11cab09)
• copy SQL file in a way that does not rely on full container name
• backwards-compatible #75

Workaround

• Reproduce changes from #75 or #64 (reverted by 11cab09).
• Set environment variable COMPOSE_COMPATIBILITY to true.[^1]
• Use --compatibility flag with docker-compose commands.[^1]

[^1]: docker-compose container name use dash (-) instead of underscore (_)
