Overview

Add loading icon on submit button for MFA.

Changes

updated Core-Styles
added Bootstrap5 "Border spinner"
added submit button loading state

Testing

Open /v3/oauth2/webapp.
Submit form.
Verify button becomes disabled and has loading spinner.
Verify button has accessible "Loading…" text during loading state.
