[x] Issue with certs.
[x] Issue with DNS not resolving
- Turned out to be explicitly routed tacc.develop.tapis.io/dev.develop.tapis.io breaking wild card DNS stuff.

Fixed after some talks with Don Koehler. Things were working, but we had some overlaping explicit links overwriting wild cards for domains like tacc.develop.tapis.io and dev.develop.tapis.io.
