Actually I didn't mean to open this as a PR onto tapjs:master. I just wanted a chance to look at everything before merging to my own master branch.

Incidentally this would close #61, #53, #37, #32, and soon also #60.

Well, sorry guys. I do not see any evidence that I am welcome here, so I am opting to compete with this project instead of evolving it. My hard fork will be called stack-tools. Ciao!

I've removed names of the contribs here from the copyright notice, because I do not believe that any of the original code (© contributors to this library) is left in my version.
