Only errors, no export #8

Hello, Tried installing this as the one I modified to get working ... quit.

This one only errors out on the current versions of fusion 360 on windows 10.

Many would find this very helpful about now

Yep, I'll bet a bunch of Fusion users want to backup all of their online files to STEP and other formats. The release ZIP appears to be missing the contents of the "apper" folder. Either grab that from https://github.com/tapnair/apper/tree/cc92563a18313c53f68d950c0dd278a21a54a464 and drop into the empty folder or do a "git clone --recursive https://github.com/tapnair/Project-Archiver" which will download everything at once.
Seems to work great!

Github doesn't add submodules to zip downloads, I updated the readme
