It is pretended to work like this? It looks strange when the header scrolls down.

Prevent bounce or scrolling with XCode. If you use PhoneGap, edit config.xml file and type 

< preference name="UIWebViewBounce" value="false" />
In XCode editing 'UIWebViewBounce' property.
