Refactor test setup #108

Resolve taqueci/redmine_wysiwyg_editor#107.

Summary:

Introduced ability make headless, pure NodeJS tests involving tinyMCE.
Test file(s) don't need to provide different branches for NodeJS and browser testing.
mocha and jsdom updated to versions providing required features.
jQuery used as dev dependency updated to match version used in Redmine 4.1.

What's left for subsequent changes:

Avoid distinct NodeJS / browser code branches in assets/javascripts/redmine_wysiwyg_editor.js (now possible).
