Can you add support for Source tag data:image/png;base64 #155

We used plugin redmine_ckeditor before redmine 5. This is unavailable for redmine 5. This plugin saves images into base64 and now not visible with markdown or visualeditor.

Hi @blackhase

I have no idea how to support HTML img tag. Redmine WYSIWYG Editor plugin saves the content not as HTML but as Textile or Markdown.
