RedmineWysiwygEditorManager on 0.32.0 problem #183

Hello,

We have internal redmine's plugins who create "on the fly" acceptance tests on the issue like these

But with the new version 0.32.0 the visual editor don't appear

Hello, like my #182 (but i left our redmine_acceptance plugins for test)
