User mention autocomplete does not work #62

@taqueci should this work? ticket autocompletion does work on my system, user not...

Please tell me in more detail.

Note autocompletion works when entering at least two characters. If private project, only the project members are shwon in the candidate.

Note autocomplete does not work with IME.
