@taracampbell this is to address victor's request to change the cancelled visit color. i think we'd be better off avoiding adding extra colors so i'm just putting a big X in the middle of the circle for cancelled visits.
i'll leave this open for now since what i'm doing here seems like bad CSS practice, but if you think it's ok go ahead and merge
