Owner Onboarding in Product #7

As an owner, I want to be provided with relevant information about How to Boatbound, when it is most applicable to me. So that I can feel informed enough to accept more rentals right away, even without an onboarding call.


Email Lighthouse to surface in the product

We created lighthouses for the emails, and these should be used in the product to assist with the same learning

1. message_owner

Location: Conversation page Display when receives first inquiry

Header: "Getting to know a renter"

Body: "Reply and ask about their boating experience, or details of their plans on the water. It's important to respond to all inquiries, even if your boat is unavailable."

2. book_now

Location: Conversation Page Display when receive first book now request

Header: "Getting your first booking"

Body: "When you approve a rental, we charge the renter and reserve the date on your calendar."

3. Owner booking approved

Location: Dashboard?

Header: "Before your first rental"

Body: _"Confirm that your boat is in good condition. Touch base with #{@booking.renter.firstname} to coordinate the rental & discuss any special instructions for your boat."

4. Owner boat approved

A) Location: Dashboard? Display when boat first approved.

Header: "Now that renters can inquire after your boat"

Body: *"It is important to update your listing description. This is helps you attract the right kind of renters for your boat. Include:
