This also includes a formatting change I mentioned in #32 where the titles that were underlined were turned into subsections, similar to other chapters (which also had underlines), although these don't have numbers. It made more sense to me to do that vs having it being one long unbroken section.

I also wonder if it could/should be done to other parts, like Other Storage Classes and "Two N Word" and etc. I mention that because then they'd be included in a future table of contents...
