Missing Closing KBD Tag? #35

In telling my text editor to find all instances of <KBD> it finds 66. Fine. When I tell it to find all instances of </KBD> it finds 64. It seems two are unclosed but after searching around I cannot find them. Can you?

I found one of the problems; it was actually two opening kbd tags. There is a pull request for it. The other continues to elude me.
