Fix section numbering. #5

The original documentation has a period after the section number.

Also, how to discuss things on GitHub beyond pull requests? Issues seem disabled and I do have a formatting question but don't want to go through the whole process of making the change just to be able to make a pull request to discuss if it should be changed or not...
