You will need to regen the database. I have merged the two dbs into one, so you'll need to rebuild.
Delete project/.../db/* (If it doesn't exist, mkdir project/.../db
Ensure your alignments are in project/.../alignments (mkdir if needed)
Run begin.sh
Run do_math.sh
Enjoy.
Yes, there are select slowdowns in the data generation, but it was still pretty quick overall on my machine. All told, Eltec (which is the only available project, now) took just under an hour.
