De-dup highest ranked false positives #17

rather than top 25 FPs which provides basically 5 actual text pieces repeated at each threshold point, de-dup individual text-relationships.

N.B. this builds on the 'backwards-looking' branch. Merging this, before that, might cause conflicts. (Assuming you're going to merge both. If just this one, carry on.)

This is possibly addressed in the 'de-dupe-texts' branch. I'd test it, but it seems to do what's expected.
