Please review branch protections on main #2

I've just added branch protections back in mostly to ensure I don't manage to do something dumb with main. If there are any opts you think should be checked or added, LMK and I'll review.

I have no ability to review settings, but the defaults are usually fine. The only one I ever change is "require signed commits," but I don't think you've set that up. Otherwise, whatever works.
