Add support for arm architecture #11

Mageia build system is prepared to support arm architecture. May be Mageia 6 will support this. We should add rpm building for arm machines too.

Unfortunately we don't have an arm machine... :(

I have ARM machines and OpenMandriva support 4 arches (x86_64, i586, armv7hl, aarch64) btw try to join to the #openmandriva-cooker channel.

We are talking about to replace mock-urpm build scripts with zeynap.
