It turns out PoseNet has trouble detecting hands 😠, so I'd like to indefinitely remove poses that have hands behind the back
Even when the hands are clearly visible and PoseNet has them located properly, it gives the hands a tiny confidence rating, so it's difficult for us to determine when hands are actually behind the back (which is given by a low confidence rating)
I also renamed some images to match existing naming conventions to satiate my OCD
