this code is using depreceated component in Angular13 #3

Hi, Is it possible to upgrade this code to not use deprecated components like ComponentFactory and ComponentFactoryResolver . Angular 13 is giving warnings on code use

Hi, This isn't a maintained project. This was an approach tried with earlier version of Angular and haven't yet update to latest version.
