  1. rename spect_fennel to bio_estuary flag
  2. The corresponding file to be changed from spect_fennel.h to estuarybgc.h, estuarybgc_var.h and so on...
  3. Move Algal_Resp fixed variables to input file.

  1. Dinwcr not outputted in his file
  2. WFH case showing issues at tiling
