We received a bug report from Anna Fenyushina saying that the documentation gives invalid HTTP header names, which leads to copy-paste errors for clients. This also kicked off an effort to systemize info on HTTP headers, which resulted in a reference section with all non-debug headers collected in a single table with summary info and links to details.
