Docker images don't have curl or wget, or both tools. It is a problem for installing rocks to containers based on the tarantool docker images.

Main docker image based on alpine doesn't have curl.
Impossible to install rocks on Ubuntu images because curl and wget weren't installed.
CentOS based tarantool images doesn't have wget.
