Dynamic datasource and job/measurement #185

Customer from the Presale team requests for job variable similar to the instance one. It seems like choosing a job from the list may be implemented in Grafana.

measurement is something close to a job for InfluxDB in terms of usage, so we should provide similar API as well.

Following up #186 , it would also be convenient to set datasources dynamically. It is possible for Grafana 8 (maybe older, Grafana repo changelog starts with 8 beta).
