freebsd-13 job artifact contains artifacts from another job run #316

(It seems, the re-run of the job drops the artifact.)

Here the job fails before test-run invocation, but the artifact contains file from the test-run invocation.

I don't know, whether other jobs (non-freebsd) are affected.
