Restore tests on aarch64 #907

Tese were disabled in https://github.com/tarantool/tt/commit/cdf6a8b712b7fd00f835ca7cf6af44f572c069bf due to various issues. One day these issues should be resolved and we must restore running tests if we plan to support aarch64 platform.
