Fairy wallet does not send Confirm Transaction request to Ledger Nano S #128

I have tried several times to undelegate so I can send my EOS out of Fairy Wallet. I also tried Refund, I have disconnected my Ledger and reconnected it several times, and restarted Fairy Wallet. The EOS app on Ledger Nano S does not receive the "Confirm Transaction?" request so I cannot undelegate my EOS to send it out.

Use the website https://bloks.io with your Ledger Nano S to undelegate your EOS.

Might be a USB communication problem. Unfortunately, the only way I can get my transaction to go through with any EOS wallet using my nano s is to temporarily turn off my vpn, anti-virus and firewall on my laptop. Reboot laptop. Then try transaction again. So far, it works! Rediculous! Remember - even to undelegate your eos, you have to be able to transact - which involves using your nano to confirm the transaction. Once undelegated (3 day wait), you can send your eos pout of your wallet.
