Transaction failed - transaction declares authority with nano ledger S #134

Hi, everytime i want to sign a transaction with my nano ledger S i get this error.

Transaction failed - transaction declares authority '{"actor":"NAME","permission":"owner"}', but does not have signatures for it under a provided delay of 0 ms, provided permissions [], provided keys [" KEY"], and a delay max limit of 3888000000 ms

I noticed that the KEY given isn't my public active key. And i think this is the reason why the transaction fails.

could anybody help me with this problem please ?

Unfortunately, the only way I can get my transaction to go through with any EOS wallet using my nano s is to temporarily turn off my vpn, anti-virus and firewall on my laptop. Reboot laptop. Then try transaction again. So far, it works! Rediculous!
