@byyxx128 The hidden "Ultimate Performance" scheme can be forced to show in Battery Mode, but unfortunately the API does not allow it to be activated.
You can duplicate this power scheme with powercfg:
powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61
Battery Mode will be able to work with it.
To undo this change, you can restore the default power schemes:
powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
