[Question] Updating mouse tooltip while adjusting brightness... #45

@artar94 or any other contributor if i hover my mouse over the taskbar icon and while i use the mouse wheel to adjust the brightness then the percentage indicator in the tool-tip does not update --- instead of having to click the icon before adjusting the brightness...

is this possible or feasible to implement? i'm just asking before i go and try implementing it and end up at a dead end...

@dp876 When I tried to implement this, I could not find a way to update the tooltip without removing and adding the icon, which led to noticeable flickering. I would be glad if you find a way, but I think you will have to make a custom tooltip for this.

oh okay... I'll look into it over the Christmas to see if I can find a way to implement it...
